Privacy notice
This notice explains which data the Power IMS Setup Center processes and stores — and which it does not.

Data stored by this application
Sign-in data: name and e-mail address of the administrator, provided by the Microsoft sign-in and stored in the platform's authentication service (EU hosting). Tenant data: name and ID of the connected Microsoft 365 tenant. Connection keys: the OAuth access tokens of the Microsoft connections, stored encrypted on the server and used exclusively for Microsoft Graph calls on your behalf. No client secrets are stored.
Data stored only in your browser
The setup configuration (selected SharePoint site, selected product, Teams app) is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. You can delete it at any time via the uninstall page or by clearing your browser data.
Data that is never stored
No customer business data is stored permanently. SharePoint content, documents, lists and Teams data remain in your own Microsoft 365 tenant at all times. The setup application is used only for onboarding and administration.
Hosting and processor
The application is hosted by Lovable Technologies Inc. (EU region Ireland) as a processor. Only technical server logs and error logs required to operate and deliver the application are processed. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place. No customer business data is stored on Lovable servers.
Your rights and deletion
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. The uninstall page lets you remove stored setup data and disconnect your tenant at any time. For all privacy questions contact info@powermanufaktur.com.
